Triton Close Combat and Self Defense

T.U.F. is a high paced cardiovascular class that will give you the endurance to finish a fight.  Individuals cannot win a fight without conditioning.  This class will also increase your core stability, strength, and endurance while still using MMA techniques to increase your endurance.  The cardio training for a fighter is unlike any other type of cardiovascular training.  And to make it better, we are offering a free trial class.
